LiNa Energy CEO Will Tope meets with Ed Miliband

Will spent some time with Ed Miliband, UK Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, whilst they were both in Delhi.

Will shared the progress LiNa Energy has made bringing their sodium batteries to the Indian market, and celebrated their first industrial pilot project completed with Tata Power last year, supported by ITES.

Will also welcomed the opportunity for a frank discussion on the state of UK cleantech.

Ed was keen to hear insights on what’s working – and where there’s room for improvement – so we can ensure the UK remains a global leader in exporting science, technology, and innovation.

Needless to say everyone at the Department for Business and Trade was really impressed with what LiNa has achieved. And so they should – go Team LiNa!
