Our response seeks to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees and their families, slow the spread of the virus and minimise disruption to our operational and commercial progress.

As part of our commitment to our team and partners, we have enacted our COVID 19 Business Impact Assessment and Mitigation Plan. Our plan has been developed to ensure our business remains robust whilst sufficiently agile in order to maximise productive in these challenging times.

The safety and well-being of our team is our number one priority and we are taking all recommended steps to support and protect them in line with guidance from Government and Public Health England. This includes remote working and restricting all travel unless essential.

The impact of COVID 19 on the business was clearly unexpected. Fortunately, LiNa is a ‘fleet of foot’ organisation and has been able to reprioritise its activities. Communicating every day via Microsoft Teams, the team discuss their daily activities and are making great progress on several important business fronts.
